Thought For The Day: To be careless about your company is to be careless about your eternal destiny. Your friends can either fuel your fire or deflate your enthusiasm for God.
Company, from this perspective, can be defined as a group of people who move, work and associate together.
A large percentage of one’s success in time and eternity is rooted in the company one keeps.
That is to say, your company determines your destiny; who you company with determines what accompanies you; who you follow determines what follows you; who surrounds you determines what you can survive; your environment determines your attainment.
The truth is, your friends can either fuel your fire or deflate your enthusiasm for God.
It was by companying with Delilah that Samson lost his anointing, life and the eternal purpose of God for him. To be careless about the company you keep is to be careless about your eternal destiny. It is possible you were not a smoker, a drunkard, a womanizer, an addict or a gossip, until you started hanging around people with such character.
Who you hang around determines what hangs around you. Your eternal destination is at the mercy of your company.
Beloved, if making eternity with God is your heart’s desire, then you must carefully watch who your call a friend or the company you keep.
Remember this: To be careless about your company is to be careless about your eternal destiny. Your friends can either fuel your fire or deflate your enthusiasm for God.

1. Associate with those who bring confirmation to your vision.
2. Company with those who bring out the best in you both spiritually and physically.
3. Ask God to bring the right people into your life.
