Topic: Pay Your Vow Unto God Pt Three

And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head. 1 Samuel 1:11. Read: 1 Sam 1:25-28

When you redeem your vow to man, you would be held in high esteem by men as a person of integrity. But when you pay your vow unto God, you move the hand of God to lavish you with abundant blessings. When one fails to fulfill what he/she has promised God, such person’s heaven become seal by infidelity. Vow is powerful because, it’s a covenant, so, you must have regard for it.

When many are in problem or looking desperately for something, they make all kinds of vows, but, after they’ve what they wanted, they would refuse to play their part by fulfilling their vow either to God or to the devil. Betrayer pay by his/her blood is the motto of dark kingdom to all covenant breakers. Hannah vowed unto God when she was looking for a child, she said, If God would give her a son, she would give him back to God. God gave her a male child and as vowed, she returned him back to God, because she kept to her promise, God opened her womb and blessed her with five children more. Hannah is a good example of those who vowed and fulfilled it. 1 Sam 2:21. David said, I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people. Ps 116:4.
