A Promise For You From Bible Promises: [16/07/2016]

 Topic: Go Forward

And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: Read: Exodus 14:15. Ex 14:12-16

I like you to understand that, whatsoever is of God will attract strict oppositions. Whatsoever is true would attract haters. You don’t need to invite enemies if your calling is genuine, they’ll come on their own accord, if that business is of God, expect haters. If that marriage is of God, if those children are of God, attackers would come. If that move is inspired by God, enemies of progress would surface to discourage you from moving forward in that direction. Those enemies could be sickness, discouragement, initial failure, limitations and inadequate finance to kick start. Whatever enemy that surfaces to discourage you from your calling, you must not give in to it and don’t contemplate going back to where you’re coming from. God asked you to leave a place to your promise land. In every promised land, there’re giants to contend with, you must learn to fight and defend what God has freely given to you as an inheritance.

In our reading for today, you discover when God asked the children of Israel to leave the land of bondage to a land flowing with milk and honey, apart from the Egyptians trying to stop them, another enemy that attempted to discourage them was the red sea. But God asked Moses to tell them to go forward and when they did, the red sea parted for them to go through. God’s Promises for you this morning is that, Go forward in that endeavour and I will fight for you.

* What are you called to do, or what are you already doing? Go forward and see the Salvation of God.

* God will fight for you and you shall hold your peace in Jesus Name.
