Until you go, you wouldn’t know what you can do. Everyone has a special gift in him/her that can be used to change the world. But every gift not developed will be dormant and wasted. The servant in the story of the talent refused to make use of what he was given because he envied others and despised his own and ended up in the wilderness. Matt 25:14-30. Paul could say, “I can do all things” because he made use of the gift by preaching. Locate your gift and start maximizing it for His Kingdom. You are a man and woman of valour, don’t write yourself off destiny.
When the angel of God told Gideon, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour, like Moses at the back of the desert, he was trying to let the angel see reasons why he was not or cannot be a man of valour by telling about the state of his nation and his family limitations. But the angel said to him, the LORD knows you, just go in this your might. At the end, God used him to liberate his people. You are gifted beloved. Don’t allow your background to limit your potential.
