TOPIC: Why You Should Be A Soul-Winner (1) (Mountain Of Fire and Miracle Ministries, MFM Devotional 20 April 2025)

14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.
15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

MFM Devotional For Today 2025 MESSAGE:
Soul-winning is simply spreading the gospel to reach those who are yet to hear about it and to also offer them the opportunity to give their lives to Jesus. You win a soul to the Lord, when you have preached and the Holy Spirit moves in the heart of the hearer to surrender his life to the lordship of Jesus Christ. No wonder our Lord Jesus said that heavens rejoice over a sinner that repents (Luke 15:7).

In the same Luke 15:10, our Lord Jesus Christ said, “…there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” That is, angels of God celebrate, declare a party when just one soul is won to the kingdom. Indeed, soul-winning is a big deal to God. That is why He sent His only begotten Son to come and die for our sins (John 3:16). Therefore, it is mandatory for every believer to participate in soul-winning. Soul-winning is an imperative call to all believers. You are saved to be an instrument to save others. Even our Lord Jesus Himself engaged in soul-winning. Before He died, He exemplified soul-winning.
He personally called all His disciples and they followed Him. We saw how He preached to multitudes about the kingdom of heaven. What about the one-on-one session He had with the woman of Samaria at the well in John chapter 4? And the woman became a soul-winner herself forthwith. No believer is exempted from The Great Commission of winning souls to the kingdom of heaven because of its importance.
Beloved, can God count on you? Will you be obedient to this call to duty and honour our Heavenly Father? Then jump on the evangelism train and get involved fully in populating the kingdom of our dear God. God bless you as you obey, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

- Father Lord, forgive me in any way I have not done well in soul-winning, in the name of Jesus.
- Father Lord, give me the grace to be an effective soul-winner, in the name of Jesus.
- Father Lord, let people see Christ in me as I spread the gospel, in the name of Jesus.

- Any power working against my divine assignment, die, in the name of Jesus.
- O God, help me to make soul-winning a priority, in the name of Jesus.
- Satan, I put an end to your disturbance in my life, in the name of Jesus.
- I plead the blood of Jesus over my life and family, in the name of Jesus
