FIRE SCRIPTURE: Job 1:1-8 (KJV)
1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.
2 And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters.
3 His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east.
4 And his sons went and feasted in their houses, every one his day; and sent and called for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them.
5 And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually.
6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them.
7 And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
8 And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

MFM Devotional For Today 2025 MESSAGE:
Another great lesson to learn from Job is the fact that he was a good priest over his home and he played that role so well. Job never left anything to chance in terms of parenting in a godly way. He always made sure that his children were not disconnected from his God. He always offered prayers on their behalf. He always sent for them for sanctification even after those children might have been carried away by feasting. He always reminded his children not to forget the sons and daughters of whom they were. He stood as a priest over his children continually. He never took anything for granted. He prayed his children into sanctification and holiness of life.

Beloved, how’s your home front? Your children? How’s your parenting style like? Do you allow your children to misbehave and just look away? Do you allow them to blaspheme the sacred things of God and you just turn a blind eye? Some believers would not even mention anything about their God to their children. Do you pray for your seeds? Do you care about their spiritual and physical lives or you are just all out there chasing shadows, looking for money? It’s not bad to look for money but not at the expense of your innocent children. Can they trust that you will hold their hands in prayers whenever they face challenges of life? Can they trust you as a father to stand as a priest for them till their glorious destinies are birthed and manifested? Can you pay the price of waking up every morning to offer the burnt offering of prayers over your children like Job did continually?
Fathers, listen to me! This year, you must make up your mind to be a priest over your home. Be consistent in teaching them the ways of God. Let them not pass through you without knowing and serving your God. Be their cover, be their run-to person. I pray that our children will not be diverted under our watch, in the mighty name of Jesus.

MORNING
- My priestly position in my home, you will not be vacant in the name of Jesus.
- My children shall serve my God, they will not be derailed, in the name of Jesus.
- Spirit of lukewarmness in my home, die, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
- Fire of prevailing prayer, overhaul my life, in the name of Jesus.
- Power to play my role as a godly father, rest on me, in the name of Jesus.
- Spirit that diverts vision, my children are not your candidate, die in the name of Jesus.
- Glory of my children, manifest by fire, in the name of Jesus.
