10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

MFM Devotional For Today 2025 MESSAGE:
It is a fact that the devil exists. He works through evil spirits who are called demons, the agents of Satan. Satan was an angel, Lucifer, who was cast out of heaven because he rebelled against God. Taking the form of the serpent, he deceived Eve. He made Adam and Eve disobey God, thereby causing the fall of man in the Garden of Eden.

The same devil goes around today looking for people to deceive and attack. We need to be strong in the power of the Lord and His might in order to deal with the wiles of the devil. We are to put on the whole armor of God as Ephesians 6:13 admonishes.
Ephesians 6:12 says, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places reflect the power of Satan and his agents. Satan is not omnipresent, but there are demons in various parts of the world and in high places to do havoc. Psalm 74:20 states that “the secret places of the earth are full of the habitation of cruelty.”
A person can be possessed by a demon. When that happens, the whole personality of the unbeliever is under the control of the demon. For example, the demon speaks through the unbeliever. An example of demon possession is found in Mark 5:1-20. This is because these demons are spirits that seek to inhabit the body of a person and operate from there.
The Holy Spirit dwells in a Christian. Therefore, a Christian cannot be possessed by a demon. However, a demon can influence the thoughts, emotions, and actions of a Christian. Although demons cannot possess a Christian, they can gain entrance into a Christian who does not follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. When they enter, they can oppress the Christian. There must be a ladder through which they enter. The ladder or point of entry is sin. It may be the sin of the ancestors involving, for example, idolatry, evil dedication, curses, or evil covenants. Believers must remain in the faith to completely overcome demonic activities.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- Every evil power assigned to attack my destiny, be destroyed, in the name of Jesus.
- I put on the whole armor of God and I overcome the wiles of the devil, in the name of Jesus.
- I destroy every demonic activity targeted against me, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
- I set myself and my family free from every witchcraft cage, in the name of Jesus.
- I issue the judgment of heaven against principalities and powers of darkness assigned against me, in the name of Jesus.
- O Lord, help me to promptly obey the leading of the Holy Spirit at all times, in the name of Jesus.
- I walk in the fullness of the victory of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
