TOPIC: There Is A Place For You At The Table (TREM Devotional 2 February 2026)

“Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, to the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.” – Ephesians 1:5-6 (KJV)

MESSAGE

Beloved, you are not just a son, you are a beloved son. To call yourself merely a son reduces your status. God calls you His beloved because He loves you deeply. You are cherished, treasured, and valued above all.

Each morning, make it a practice to say: “Thank You, Lord, for loving me.” That simple declaration is a powerful prayer that positions you in the reality of God’s love.

As His beloved, you have a special place at the table. God’s acceptance is not general; it is preferential. Even if you feel delayed, God knows how to bring you to the forefront. You are not overlooked. There is always room for you, because the fullness of the blessing cannot be experienced without you.

Jesus illustrated your value in the parable of the hidden treasure: a man sold everything he had to obtain a treasure in a field. That treasure is you! Heaven sees your value even when the world or circumstances may not.

Beloved, stop discounting yourself. Stop devaluing yourself. Heaven has already placed a high value on you. Therefore, always expect the best. Expect breakthroughs, expect favour, expect divine provision, and expect that things will always turn in your favour.

Expecting the worst is, in essence, saying that Christ’s work was insufficient. Refuse to diminish the finished work of Jesus in your life. Instead, stand firm in the reality of your belovedness and live in the assurance that God’s best is already for you.
