DAY 9 RCCG DAILY FASTING AND PRAYER GUIDE FOR THE 74TH ANNUAL CONVENTION
MONDAY, 13TH JULY, 2026
THEME: DADDY G.O., MUMMY G.O. AND FAMILY
BIBLE TEXT(S): 2 Corinthians 12:9, Isaiah 40:31, Psalm 121:3-8

INTRODUCTION: Praise God: Today is Mummy GO’s birthday. We give God all the glory for a fruitful and exemplary life of support and service in God’s Kingdom. Let us uphold her, the General Overseer and their family as they provide leadership towards the forthcoming event, and may God renew their strength and grant the church a Convention marked by His presence, power, and transforming grace.

PRAYER POINTS:

  1. Father, thank You for this special day, celebrating the gift of Pastor Mrs Folu Adeboye to the body of Christ and RCCG in Jesus’ name.
  2. Father, thank You for diverse ways You have helped Daddy and Mummy G.O. with sufficient grace in past conventions, in Jesus’ name. – Ephesians 2:8
  3. Father, thank You for the revelation of their calling into ministry and the grace to receive in Jesus’ name. – Galatians 1:11
  4. We thank You for making them a faithful Priest to his generation, in Jesus’ name. – 1 Samuel 2:35
  5. Father, we thank You for the protection and provision for them and their family in Jesus’ name. – Psalm 35:2
  6. Father, strengthen the General Overseer with fresh grace, wisdom, and spiritual vigour as he prepares for this year’s convention in Jesus’ name. – 2 Corinthians 12:9
  7. Father, let him be renewed daily by Your Spirit. He will not grow weary, in Jesus’ name. – Isaiah 40:31
  8. Father, grant Daddy and Mummy G.O. heavenly wisdom in every plan and decision concerning this year’s convention for the glory of Your name in Jesus’ name. – James 1:5; Proverbs 2:6
  9. Father, pour out a fresh anointing and power upon Your son as he ministers to Your people in Jesus’ name. – Acts 1:8
  10. Father, surround Daddy G.O., his wife, and every member of their family with Your divine protection in Jesus’ name. – Psalm 91:1–11
  11. Father, keep them safe from every evil and scheme of the enemy in Jesus’ name. – 2 Thessalonians 3:3
  12. Father, grant Daddy G.O. and his family divine health and physical strength throughout the preparation and duration of the convention in Jesus’ name. – 3 John 1:2; Jeremiah 30:17
  13. Father, on this her birthday, bless Mummy G.O. with more grace, peace, wisdom, and health in Jesus’ name. Proverbs 31:25–31; Psalm 46:5
