THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The Word of God carries the power for healing, wholeness, and deliverance.
Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
The Word of God carries healing and deliverance power. It brings wholeness and liberty. This is because it reveals God’s provision for our healing and deliverance and releases the power to experience it.
In Luke 5:15 and Luke 6:17, we see that great multitudes came to Jesus to hear Him and to be healed.
The Word does not only inform us; it also reforms and transforms us. It carries the power to produce the results it declares. As the Word is heard and received, it builds faith and releases power for healing, wholeness, and deliverance.
How then does the blessing of wholeness come?
- The blessing of knowing God’s provision for healing and deliverance
The Word shows us God’s provision for our healing and deliverance, and this knowledge builds faith for the manifestation of desired results.
Isaiah 53:4–5 says, Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows… and with his stripes we are healed.
With His stripes we are healed. What was laid on Christ does not need to remain on us. This gives us the faith to say, “If it has been laid on Him, then I refuse to carry it. Jesus Christ and I cannot carry the same pain both at once. Both He and I cannot carry my affliction at once.”
The knowledge of what God has provided for us through His Word gives us the faith to receive our healing, deliverance and wholeness.
- The blessing of power through the Word to check out afflictions and infirmities
The Word not only shows us what God has done on our behalf; the Word, released with power, checks out afflictions and infirmities. That is why Psalm 107:20 says, He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
The same Word that reveals God’s provision also carries the power to enforce the provision. As the Word is received in faith, it can bring healing, wholeness, and liberty from afflictions and infirmities.
Beloved, give yourself to the study and prayerful meditation of the Word. Hear it, receive it, believe it, meditate on it, pray it and hold onto God’s provisions in it. The Word carries the blessing of wholeness and liberty.

REMEMBER THIS: The Word of God carries the power for healing, wholeness, and deliverance.

- Search the Scriptures to know what God has provided concerning your healing and deliverance.
- Meditate on God’s Word and build your faith in His provisions.
- Reject every affliction and infirmity that contradicts God’s provision for your health, liberty and wholeness.
PRAYER: Father, thank You for Your Word that brings healing, wholeness, and deliverance to my life. Open my eyes to know and appropriate all You have provided for me through Your Word, so I can live in the fullness of health, wholeness and liberty, Lord in Jesus’ Name.
