THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: A wordless faith is a baseless, useless and lifeless faith.
Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
Every genuine faith rests upon the solid foundation of the Word of God. Faith without the Word of God has no foundation. The Word of God is the basis of Bible faith, the commitment of God to His Word is what makes faith useful. The Word of God is the livewire of faith. A wordless faith is, therefore, a baseless, useless and lifeless faith.
The question then is, how do we build a faith that is founded on the Word of God?
- Identify the Word or promise of God for your situation
Jeremiah 1:11-12 shows that God watches over His Word to perform it. God only performs His Word. That is why the Word of God is the basis of faith.
A wordless faith is a useless faith because God’s faithfulness and commitment are towards His Word. Psalm 89:33-35 says, Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. God’s faithfulness and commitment are towards His Word, and it is God’s faithfulness and commitment that makes our faith useful.
Therefore, identify the Word or promise of God per situation of your life. Search for what God says about your situation per time.
Isaiah 34:16 says, Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read:.. Go into Scripture and look for it.
- Meditate on the discovered Scripture until revelation and conviction are established.
Our Master Jesus says in John 6:63 …the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. The Word of God is the livewire of faith. If the Word is not there, you are dealing with a dead faith.
Search the Scriptures and meditate on the discovered Scriptures until revelation and conviction are established. Joshua 1:8 says, …thou shalt meditate therein day and night… You carry the Word; you are thinking about it until suddenly, your eyes open and you see something; until conviction explodes in your heart and you believe.
- Embark on appropriate actions to demonstrate your faith
Faith without works is dead (James 2:17). Your faith is not confirmed until you have done something that confirms that you believe in God. Appropriate actions include speaking the right things, refusing to fear, proceeding in praise, giving, and engaging in kingdom service, etc.
Beloved, never attempt to operate a wordless faith. Identify God’s Word for your situation, meditate on it until revelation and conviction are established, and embark on appropriate actions to demonstrate your faith and experience desired results.
REMEMBER THIS: A wordless faith is a baseless, useless and lifeless faith.

- Take appropriate actions that demonstrate your faith in God’s Word.
PRAYER: Father, open my eyes to discover Your Word for every situation of my life. Establish revelation and conviction in my heart and help me to take appropriate actions that demonstrate my faith in You, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
