TOPIC: The Mathematics Of Favour (Mountain Of Fire and Miracle Ministries, MFM Devotional 28 October 2026)
BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Lamentations 3, Lamentations 4, Romans 14, Romans 15.
FIRE SCRIPTURE: 1 Corinthians 1:25-31 (KJV)
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
MEMORY VERSE: What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? – Psalm 8:4 (KJV)
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES: Receive the fragrance of favour to excel everywhere you go, in the Name of Jesus.
PRAISE AND WORSHIP: Take praise and worship songs as led by the Holy Spirit.
PROPHETIC WORD FOR TODAY: I plug your life into the socket of divine favour, in the Name of Jesus.
MFM Devotional For Today 2026 MESSAGE:
God is launching you into the depth of favour. Divine favour is the spiritual covering that you need for advancement and it will immunize you from wastage by the enemy. When you are in the envelope of God’s favour, He will continue to fight your battles and He will station you as a glorious specimen in the landscape of life.
God will use fools to mesmerize those who think they are wise. God will convert your life to an arithmetic that the devil cannot solve, in the Name of Jesus. Divine favour is also called divine lubrication. Divine favour is for God to promote you above others. It is a divine privilege upon your life. Divine favour is the conferment of honour upon you. Divine favour ensures open Heavens for you all the time, irrespective of your circumstances. It is what we call saintly regards—Heaven will give you regards. When the favour of God is upon you, you have what is called preferential treatment from Heaven.
God told Lot, “Get out of the city of Sodom and Gomorrah, look not behind thee”, but the man was reluctant. The angel laid hold on him and dragged him out. He was saved, but his wife looked back and she became a pillar of salt. The same Sodom and Gomorrah that God warned Lot and his wife not to look back on, Abraham was standing somewhere afar off looking at it, and he did not turn to a pillar of salt.
Today’s text reveals the mystery of favour. God’s favour is often lavished upon people who feel they do not merit divine attention. As far as the call into favour is concerned, it is not for the mighty. I pray that, today, the Lord will confer upon you supernatural favour with Himself and all men. Favour will balance and perfect the equation of your life, in Jesus’ Name.
Beloved, divine favour is a game changer that God confers specially on His children.
Therefore, in case you are not born again, I advise you to give your life to Jesus right away.
Today, your encounter with divine favour will change that unpleasant situation in your life to an ear-tingling and jaw-dropping testimony, in the Name of Jesus.
