Outgoing members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) that served in Kogi State have been advised to be time conscious as they go into the labour market.

Kogi State Deputy Governor, Yomi Awoniyi, made the remarks while addressing the outgoing batch A corps members who served in his office in Lokoja Yesterday.

The Deputy Governor described time as of essence and very precious in the success of any business and advised them to be mindful of their ways of lives.

Awoniyi, commended them for their up rightness in their primary assignment, adding that efforts should be identified in putting their hands to work anywhere they found themselves.

He prayed for God’s protection and guidance, even as the go into the wider world that is full of challenges and opportunities pointing out that they should exploit uncommon means in seeking jobs, promising that the state government would continue to accord priority to corps member’s welfare at all time.

The Deputy Governor while calling on the incoming corps members to emulate their good deed said necessary steps would be taken to solve all the noticed problems confronting their welfare.

In their separate remarks, the Deputy Chief of Staff in the office of the Deputy Governor, Prince Richard Akanmode, the Permanent Secretary Admin and Parastatals, Adavi Abraham, Permanent Secretary Political, Mr. John Medugwu and the Director Admin and Finance, Mr. Mathew Ameh Adejoh commended the outgoing corps members for their untiring efforts during their serving year in the State.

Speaking on behalf of the outgoing corps members Mr. Anibire Damilare thanked the Deputy Governor for his benevolence during their serving year in his office promised that the will be well behave anywhere they find themselves in the country.
