TOPIC: The Anointing Of JEHU (Mountain Of Fire and Miracle Ministries, MFM Daily Devotional 15 October 2018)

The MESSAGE:
Anointing is the power of God that makes man to do exploit. For instance, the anointing of God in the life of Elijah made him do exploits. In fact, Elijah did not die but was taken to heaven by a whirlwind which showed the power in the anointing on his life. Today, we shall examine the anointing of God in the life of Jehu. Jehu, the son of Jehoshaphat, received special anointing as the king of Israel through Prophet Elisha at Ramoth-Gilead in an inner chamber (secretly), which later manifested physically in the open as a champion. One of his assignments as king was to fight the house of Ahab in order to avenge the blood of the innocent ones that was shed by the hands of Jezebel. He was to make sure the whole house of Ahab perished. Dogs ate Jezebel in the portion of Jezreel, and there was none to bury her. This was Jehu’s destiny. Many in the Bible could not fulfil their destiny in spite of being anointed. Samson failed; many of the kings failed, but Jehu succeeded. In 2 Kings 10:30, the Lord commended Jehu for his diligence, and He blessed and rewarded Jehu greatly. The anointing of Jehu could therefore be described as anointing to do that which is in the heart of God. It is an anointing that cannot be insulted by any negative power. It is an anointing to oppress the oppressors, to attack the attackers, to destroy the destroyers, to intimidate the intimidators and to arrest the arresters. It is the anointing to take over your rightful position as an overcomer.
Beloved, with this anointing you are a champion. Why not begin to pray it into your life today. You cannot have this anointing and be running from the enemy. With this anointing of Jehu, you cannot fail, you can confront any power, live a mountain top lifestyle and above all, be a friend of God. Rise now and begin to ask for it.

EVENING
4. Jezebel witchcraft and occultism of my father’s house, what are you waiting for? Die, in Jesus’ name.
5. Powers intimidating me day and night, your end has come, die, in Jesus’ name.
6. All my hijacked blessings in the hands of my enemies, be restored now, in Jesus’ name.
7. Heaven, release dogs to suck the blood and eat the flesh of my enemies, in Jesus’ name.
