36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

MFM Devotional For Today 2026 MESSAGE:
In this world, people make elaborate plans for themselves. All the tall ambitions to become great, have good education, a good job, a successful marriage, children, acquire wealth, build houses, buy exotic cars, travel abroad, etc. are all good, but the question is: is God in the picture? All the valuable time expended on preparing for mundane things, endless time spent on taking care of the body which will perish someday, at the expense of the spirit, which will live forever either in Heaven or hell, as the case may be, is not outrightly bad. But are you equally preparing for the coming of Jesus? James 4:14 says: “Ye know not what shall be on the morrow, for what is your life? It is even a vapour that appeareth for a little time and vanisheth away.”

Life is a journey that must end someday. Are you prepared? God alone regulates the duration of our stay here on earth and decides the time of our individual home call, which is a certainty. Preparedness is the key word. Romans 13:11-12 says: ” … now is high time we awake out of sleep: the night is far spent, the day is at hand … ” There is need for consistent, daily, Christ-like living in anticipation of the Lord’s return.
It is strongly emphasized in the Scriptures that no sinner, hypocrite, backslider, liar, careless, and compromising believer would be able to go with the Lord when He comes. God forbids that a professing believer should be shut out of the Heavenly city. Not after all the church services and programmes you have attended, the sermons and messages you have listened to, the evangelism you have done, your contributions in cash and kind to church growth, all the prayers of binding and loosing, etc. It simply would not just make any sense. Beloved, don’t allow the cares of this world, deceitfulness of riches and worldly applause to rob you of your godly inheritance. Whether or not you believe it, Jesus is actually coming again for the faithful, steadfast, and watchful believers! Be prepared!
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- Lord, grant me victory over temptations and satanic devices of the enemy, in the Name of Jesus.
- Every serpent and scorpion power militating against my Christian life, die, in the Name of Jesus.
- I destroy the works of the destroyer upon my spiritual life, in the Name of Jesus.
EVENING
- I destroy all efforts of the enemy to frustrate my spiritual life, in the Name of Jesus.
- In the Name of Jesus, I command all satanic knees standing against my spiritual life to bow.
- I will not frustrate the grace of God upon my life, in the Name of Jesus.
- The sacrifice of Jesus will not be in vain over my life, in the Name of Jesus.
