TOPIC: Lessons From The Life Job (5) (Mountain Of Fire and Miracle Ministries, MFM Devotional 17 May 2025)
BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: 1 Samuel 20:1-21:15, John 9:1-41, Psalm 113:1-114:8, Proverbs 15:15-17
FIRE SCRIPTURE: Job 2:1-7 (KJV)
1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the Lord.
2 And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
3 And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.
4 And Satan answered the Lord, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.
5 But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face.
6 And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.
7 So went Satan forth from the presence of the Lord, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.

MFM Devotional For Today 2025 MESSAGE:
In our previous discourse on Job, we learned how God can allow certain afflictions to happen to His children for specific purposes only known to Him. In the case of Job, God wanted to brag about Job to Satan. In the case of the man born blind in John 9:1-12, God wanted to use his case to show forth His glory.

However, when God gave Satan the privilege to touch all the property of Job, Satan was not satisfied. He wanted to inflict more havoc on Job; he wanted to touch his health. He wanted him to sin against God at all costs. He came back to God to get another permission to touch his health. Had God not warned him not to kill Job, his wicked aim was to fulfill his SKD mission (Steal, Kill, Destroy), but thanks be to God.
Beloved, whenever the devil comes to steal from a child of God, he doesn’t stop at the stealing level. He goes on to make sure he also kills and ultimately destroys if allowed. Dear fellow warriors in this kingdom, once Satan starts to touch an aspect of your life, do not wait for him to proceed to other aspects before you wake up to start praying. Do not allow him to proceed further in his evil enterprise. Once you allow him, you will be the one at the receiving end. Rebuke him and do so brutally.
Job said in Job 1:21: “And said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.” God will never give anything He cannot let go. When God gives, He gives completely and does not take away. If He would take it away, why give it in the first place? It is not in His character. The devil is the one that takes away even things he didn’t give. That is why, whenever you sense him coming, resist him with all your might. Fight him and spit fire on him aggressively. He must continue no further. Determine that your own life will not be used by the devil for experiment. Refuse that the devil will get any permission from God to rubbish your destiny as he did for Job. I pray that God will never leave us at the mercy of our enemies in the name of Jesus. Amen!
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- Wicked elders, seeking divine permission to terminate my destiny, you are liars, receive angelic slap and begin to breed worms, in the name of Jesus.
- Wicked priests and priestesses, praying and fasting to destroy my life, your end is today, carry the result of your evil prayers yourselves, in the name of Jesus.
- Whirlwind of God’s anger and jealousy, fall with grievous pain on the head of my enemies, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
- Special announcement, Satan and his cohorts, hear me and hear me well, my life and family are not for your experiment, lose your hold, in the name of Jesus.
- My Father, My Father, do not give me over unto the will of my enemies, in the name of Jesus.
- Battering ram of God, crush to death every wicked personality going on a wicked journey for my sake, in the name of Jesus.
- Wicked elders going from coven to coven to seek evil permission to waste my life, receive blindness after the order of Saul, in the name of Jesus.
