- They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
MESSAGE
The day an 86-year-old man testified of how he was miraculously healed, I decided that Jesus Christ would be my personal doctor. By God’s grace, it has been many years, and God has been my faithful Physician. When I started laying hands on the sick, I was operating on a low level of the healing anointing. I started with my children, and I would keep some aspirin aside so that if nothing happened while praying for them, I would administer the medication to control the sickness. God honoured my faith, and five minutes after praying for them, they would recover. When I realised that it worked on my children, I moved on to my friends as I was sure they wouldn’t tell anyone if they didn’t get healed, but God remained faithful.
Do you know that you are not too young to pray for the sick? If someone does not get healed after you have prayed, don’t be discouraged. Start with your friends and family. All God needs from you is a little faith, and He will help you grow.
