MESSAGE:

In today’s Bible reading, we see a powerful example of gratitude in action. Jesus fed a great multitude with just five loaves of bread and two fishes.

Before the miracle of multiplication happened, He first gave thanks to God for what was available. That simple act of gratitude opened the door for abundance. This teaches us that thanksgiving attracts increase.

A grateful person never complains or despises what God has provided, no matter how small it may seem. Instead, gratitude acknowledges God as the Source and invites His blessing upon what is already given.

Whenever God answers your prayers—whether big or small—it is important to thank Him. Thanksgiving shows trust, humility, and appreciation.

When I was a teenager, I learned the importance of appreciation from my mother. She always praised my father sincerely, and this often led to kindness and generosity from him. My dear child, you are not too young to be grateful to God.

Thank Him and sing praises to Him even when things appear difficult for you or your family. Gratitude opens doors, brings breakthroughs, and releases answers to prayers.
God loves a thankful heart. Therefore, make thanksgiving your lifestyle from today, and you will see His blessings multiply in your life and family.

ACTION POINT:
Spend at least 30 minutes today thanking God for all He has done for you and your family.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:
Matthew 2; Genesis 3–5
