Open Heaven 2025 Prayer Points for Today:
- Father, thank You for the power of the word, which when sent out, does not return void but does that which it is sent to do. Thank You for establishing the decrees in the mouth of Your servants.
Today’s Open Heaven: Open Heaven 8 January 2026
- Father, please help me to make good use of my mouth to sow good seeds by my words, so I can reap good fruits, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please may I not be ensnared with the words of my mouth, help me to be careful of the things I say, so I won’t be brought into bondage by my words, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please deliver me from every curse and evil that I had pronounced over my life and destiny knowingly or unknowingly, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, I break every evil covenant waiting to speak against me in the future; may my words not become my death sentence, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help me to be mindful of the words I speak especially when I am highly emotional, so I won’t be pushed to say things that will put me in bondage and hurt my destiny, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help me to always speak with wisdom and grace so that my words will never bring me into bondage, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please let the words of my mouth be in agreement with Your word at all times, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help me not to take for granted the freedom of speech I have; let my words bring liberty and much more grace to my hearers, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help all Your children in leadership positions to be careful with the words of their mouth, so they won’t be ensnared by it, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, send help to Your son, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, in all areas of his life.
May he not be ensnared by the words of his mouth; bless his life, home, and family (biological and spiritual), and help them to continue to produce sons and daughters to Your glory, in Jesus’ name. - Father, bless Your son that You have been using to prepare these prayer points, beyond measures, and all those who have been rebroadcasting them, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let every challenge, hindrance and obstacle of getting these prayer points across to Your children, timely, and on daily basis be removed, in Jesus’ name.
- Your Personal petitions. (Philippians 4:6)
- In Jesus’ name I pray. (John 14:13-14; 15:16)
- Thank you, Father, for answered prayers. (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
Special Note:
These prayer points were not written by Pastor E. A. Adeboye, but by one of his numerous disciples, for Christ, who was inspired and mandated by the Holy Spirit, about 7 years ago, (effective January 1st, 2015), to start writing these prayer points, based on the Open Heavens Daily Devotional, authored by Pastor E. A. Adeboye.
Some of the prayer points are deep spiritually and may not be understood by carnal minds.

“Lord Jesus, I come to You with a deeply repentant heart, please, forgive me all my sins. I surrender my life to You, today, and, I accept You, as my personal Lord and Saviour. Please, come into my life and save my soul from eternal destruction in hell fire. In Jesus’ name, I pray.”
These prayers have no expiry date! Please, pray them, irrespective of the time they get to you. Remain blessed, in Jesus’ name.
