PRAYER FOCUS: BEARING THE FRUIT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
INTRODUCTION: When a woman marries, the fruit of the union are children. Likewise, when a man yields to the Holy Spirit, the fruit of the Spirit is produced: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Galatians 5:22
PRAYER POINTS:
- Father, thank You for the grace of approaching Thy throne to obtain mercy and purging from all forms of iniquity, in Jesus’ name. – Hebrews 4:16
- Father, I thank You for giving us Your Holy Spirit that dwells in us.
- Father, I thank You for making me Your adopted child through redemption.
- Father, let Your love in me increase daily as the love for the world diminishes, in Jesus’ name. – 1 John 2:15-17
- Father, let Your joy flow from me to anyone I come in contact with in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let Your peace permeate all areas of my life abundantly in Jesus’ name.
- Father, grant me grace to patiently wait for You in all areas of my life in Jesus’ name.
- Father, grant me grace to be wise as a serpent and be gentle as a dove in Jesus’ name. – Matthew 10:16
- Holy Spirit, purge my heart of any ungodly thought, in Jesus’ name. – 2 Corinthians 10:5
- Father, let everyone that encounter me, experience Your goodness in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let my faith in You grow stronger daily in Jesus’ name.
- Father, put upon us the garment of humility in Jesus’ name.
- Father, help us to overcome the spirit of anger, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, help us all to be good ambassadors of Your kingdom, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, give us the grace to wait on You till we look like You in all areas in Jesus’ name.
