SCRIPTURE: Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. 1 Timothy 3:9.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Most things that make faith don’t make sense.
Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
According to our anchor scripture, the Bible describes faith as a mystery, a puzzle, a riddle, or a hidden secret. But the truth is, faith is too important to remain a mystery because our very existence and survival on the earth are anchored on our faith (Romans 1:17). Our spiritual relevance and impact on the earth are guaranteed by faith. Men and women who made impact in scripture did so at the frequency of rugged faith. Hebrews Chapter Eleven is referred to as the Bible’s Hall of Fame. Everyone recorded in that chapter made their impact by faith. So, existence without faith is existence without impact.

Now, if faith is this important like we have seen, it is, therefore, crucial to explore and unravel the mystery of faith so we can maximally deploy our faith.
So, what is faith all about? Today, we shall be understanding two things about faith.
- Faith is acting with the certainty and confidence that the Word of God is true (Psalms 119:89). What does it mean to act in certainty and confidence that the Word of God is true? Faith means taking Word-based steps and making Word-based moves, to achieve Word-based results. The Bible says that when God spoke to Noah, Noah moved.
It is those who make moves that make waves in the Kingdom. Faith is about accepting revelational responsibilities to experience revolutionary possibilities. For example, God spoke to Abraham; that was the revelation. And Abraham moved; that was the responsibility. And Abraham became what God promised him; that was the possibility.
- Faith is functioning beyond the limit of human senses to experience limitless possibilities. Most things that make faith don’t make sense. And the most important thing is not whether it makes sense but whether it makes faith.
God told Abraham to get out of his father’s house to the land He would show Abraham (Genesis 12:1). Abraham must have wondered, “Which land?” And God must have told him, “Just move. Keep going; when you reach there, I will tell you.” It does not make sense.
The mother of Jesus said, They have no wine.” Jesus said, “Fill the waterpots with water” (John 2:1-12). Some people must have said within them, “It is not water they are talking about; water is available. If it was water they wanted, they would not have asked you Sir. What of the other ingredients? Any colouring agent? Only water? No additives? Any sweetener?” No! Jesus only said, “Fill the waterpots with water. Fill them to the brim and draw them out.” It did not make sense, but it made faith and produced mind-blowing results.
Beloved, it is not possible to live in faith without being considered a fool sometimes. But the truth is, the foolishness of God is wiser than wisdom of men; and the weakness of God is stronger than the strength of men (1 Corinthians 1:25). Faith makes you appear foolish before the world because faith actions don’t make sense.
Get this: when the senses are in charge, faith is in chains. If you want to touch, see, and smell everything before you believe, faith will be bound in chains, and that will hinder manifestations.
REMEMBER THIS: Most things that make faith don’t make sense.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask that You open my eyes to fresh lights and insights in Your Word, that will shift me into greater realms of faith, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
