TOPIC: Speak The Right Words (TREM Devotional 3 April 2026)
“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.” 2 Corinthians 4:13 KJV
MESSAGE
Beloved, never hold back from declaring your expectations. Speak them out boldly. You might feel a little embarrassed at first, but don’t let that stop you. Say it because God instructed you to say it. And when you speak what God has said, you are speaking the truth. Scripture says the truth sets you free.
Facts may look real, but they are not the final authority. Facts can change. Truth does not. The truth is whatever God has spoken concerning you. Everything else is temporary and subject to divine reversal.
Believing, on its own, is incomplete. Faith becomes active when belief is paired with speaking. We believe and therefore we speak. Tell your neighbours. Tell your colleagues. Tell your family. Imagine the atmosphere on earth if every believer consistently spoke the right words.
Job declared, “How forcible are right words” (Job 6:25 KJV). Right words carry power. They can force open doors that seem permanently shut. They can silence the voice of the adversary. When obstacles rise like mountains, the right words tear them out of the way.
You must learn to speak with intention. The woman with the issue of blood didn’t receive her healing by wishing. She kept saying, “If I may touch the hem of His garment, I shall be whole.” She had lost everything, yet she held onto her confession. And as she kept speaking, strength entered her. A frail woman who could hardly move rose from her bed and walked toward her miracle. When you speak the way God wants you to speak, everything around you begins to shift toward the fulfilment of your declarations.
Consider the Shunamite woman in 2 Kings 4. Her son was dead, yet she kept saying, “It is well.” She refused to align her words with what she saw. And God made sure her declaration became her reality.
Speak boldly. Speak consistently. Speak in faith. Heaven always responds.
