TOPIC: Your Light Has Come (TREM Devotional 31 December 2025)
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.” — Isaiah 60:1-2 (KJV)
MESSAGE
Beloved, anyone without the life of Christ is truly dead, regardless of earthly achievements or fame. No matter the celebrities you admire, unless they have Christ, they do not possess the life and light that you carry within.
“Thy light is come” — this light is not the sun or the moon. Prophetically, it refers to Jesus Christ, the Light that existed before creation itself.
In Genesis, it is written:
“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth… And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” This light pre-existed the sun and the moon, and redemption itself existed before every created thing. Therefore, do not depend on the created for your hope; creation can fail, but the Light in you cannot fail. As John 1:5 declares: “And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”
Your Light has come, and it is in you.
This means that the year 2025 is set to bring only good things into your life. You will experience favor in your career, your ministry, your family, and all areas of your life. Sorrow, disappointment, reproach, and fear will be things of the past. You will prosper, your goals will be fulfilled, and you will live in abundance and satisfaction. Nothing can defeat you because the glory of the Lord shines upon you.
