SOME NEGATIVE VALUES THAT AFFECT PEOPLE

1. Lack of value for life.

You only become valuable when you add value to others. You express God’s love when you value human lives because God values them – Matthew 25:42-45.

2. Lack of control over the future.

Action without a plan is failure. A plan is a written list of arranged actions necessary to achieve a desired goal – John 14:2, Proverbs 29:18.

Planning demands that you keep a to-do list ahead of your day. This will help you stay organized always.

3. Lack of value for time.

Anyone who wastes time wastes resources because time is the essence of life and it is as valuable as money.

4. Lack of order.

Order is the accurate arrangement of things – 1 Corinthians 14:40.

Never justify disorder because disorder can cause stress and unnecessary agitation.

5. Lack of good financial management.

Waste causes want and God hates it – John 6:12, Luke 16:13,14.

HOW TO BE VALUABLE

1. Walk in integrity.

Integrity is the strongest currency for lasting success. It determines stability. As a man of integrity, you must constantly be honest; your words must match your deeds at all times.

2. Go for relevant information – Joshua 1:8.

With facts you cannot fail. Never stop learning because information keeps you relevant.

3. Solve problems.

The problems you solve will determine your value on earth. When you find the problem(s) you were created to solve, you will be valuable and prosperous. Money is a reward for problems solved.

Constantly improve your skill to solve problems more effectively and thereby increase in value

Praying is no substitute to skill and expertise.

4. Live by faith.

Mark 9:23, Habakkuk 2:4, Hebrews 11:6, Numbers 23:19.

Faith is standing on the integrity of God’s Word to commits His performance. It is a universal currency operated by Christians.

Speak ONLY what is written in God’s Word.

5. Follow divine direction – Isaiah 48:17, 1 Corinthians 2:10-12.

For every step, seek counsel from the Holy Spirit FIRST for counsel; He will never lead you wrongly as your Father.

6. Be a Kingdom promoter – Matthew 6:33, Malachi 3:10, Proverbs 11:24.

Use your resources to serve God. Challenge yourself to live above begging and depending on other people. When God’s Kingdom moves you, your life will move God.

7. Believe in excellence – Proverbs 29:20.

Excellence is doing a common thing uncommonly well. Never settle for mediocrity if you want to be a person of great value. Develop a habit of not doing poor quality jobs.
