MFM Devotional For Today 2025 MESSAGE:
We began looking at this very serious topic yesterday; and have established the fact that a life of hypocrisy is an expressway to perdition as it happened to Ananias and Sapphira. Many years back, two Kingdoms engaged each other in a fierce battle. One side was wearing red uniforms while the other side was putting on black uniforms. But there was a soldier from one side who thought he was wise. He sewed a strange uniform. The front side was red while the back side was red. As he entered the battlefield, he was shot from both sides because they perceived him as an enemy based on the side of the uniform facing them. He was wasted because of hypocrisy.

The earthly ministry of Jesus Christ was filled with great exploits as it had a far-reaching impact on the people. However, the Pharisees, Sadducees and the Scribes were not in alignment with divine agenda. They were always antagonising the Saviour. Their major problem, as pointed out by Jesus, was hypocrisy, which He warned His disciples about.
Jesus warned His disciples then to beware of hypocrisy. He is likewise warning all His children in these last days also to beware of hypocrisy. Why? There are grave consequences for hypocritical living: the hypocrite in heart heap up wrath (Job 36:13); for the congregation of hypocrites shall be desolate (Job 15:34); woe unto you Scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchers… (Matthew 23:27).. and the hypocrite’s hope shall perish (Job 8:13b); for what is the hope of the hypocrite…will God hear his cry when trouble cometh upon him? (Job 27:8-9); The Lord can never depend on a hypocrite neither can He commit any Kingdom business into his hand. Hypocrisy will turn a believer to a well without water and clouds without rainfall.
It is time you consider your walk before God. Are you guilty of any form of hypocrisy? Repent now before it is too late.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- Every fountain of hypocrisy in my life, dry up by fire, in the name of Jesus.
- Powers targeting my spiritual life for destruction be wasted by fire, in the name of Jesus.
- Holy Ghost fire, quicken my spirit man, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
- O Lord, lay Your hand upon my life and deliver me from long time battles, in the name of Jesus.
- Altars of my father’s house vomit my virtues, in the name of Jesus.
- Demon spirit of hypocrisy, I am not your candidate, die, in the name of Jesus.
- O Lord, release Your grace upon my life to serve You well, in the name of Jesus.
