TOPIC: What Sound Are You Making? (Seeds Of Destiny 11 August 2025)
SCRIPTURE: The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. John 3:8.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The devil does not care who you claim to be for as long as your generation hears nothing about you.
Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2025 MESSAGE:
It has been confirmed that to be born of the Spirit is to be born of the wind, or the breath of God. The word Spirit is the Greek word, Pneuma which still means wind. At creation, God breathed His Spirit (His Wind) into man, and man became a living soul (Genesis 2:7). Dogs give birth to dogs. Lions give birth to lions. So, wind gives birth to wind.
In Acts 2:1-2, on the day of Pentecost, there came the sound of a rushing mighty wind. The arrival of that wind signaled the birth of the church. So, to understand your character and dimension as a child of God, you must understand the character of the wind.

Now, what is the character of the wind? Today, we are looking at Audible sound as one of the characteristics or features of the wind.
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou heareth the sound thereof… (John 3:8). So, the wind has an audible sound. The meaning of that is, everyone who is born of the Spirit of God should live a life with audible, unmistakable sound. No child of God is permitted to live a soundless life. You are not permitted to be voiceless. No wonder, John the Baptist said, I am the Voice… (John 1:23). That is, “I am not just a person; I am a sound. I am a statement. I am a revelation. When you see me, you hear something.”
Beloved, the devil does not care who you claim to be for as long as your generation hears nothing about you. It does not matter who you say you are, for as long as nothing about you is audible.
Today, I decree that your voice shall be heard. Any spell cast on you to render you soundless is broken, in Jesus’ Name.
Remember this: The devil does not care who you claim to be for as long as your generation hears nothing about you.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
- Whatever field of endeavour you find yourself make a sound that will glorify God in your generation.
- Mirror the character of Christ in everything you do; refuse to behave like the world.
- War with whatever is resisting your voice.
PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to be audible in life. Anything trying to silence or resist my voice is scattered by the fire of the Spirit in Jesus’ Name. My voice must be heard, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
