Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
Character is an integral part of human life. Character is critical to effective Christian living.
That is why one potent weapon or tool of soul-winning is the character of the soul winner. Character evangelism is a situation where the soul winner’s character or lifestyle preaches to people far more than his spoken words.
Beloved, your lifestyle or the way you live can have a convicting power. Your presence can rebuke iniquity in the lives of the ungodly and rebuke them of their sins.
Many years ago, as a student on campus, there were things some students could not do around me. That was because of the display of exemplary Christian character or lifestyle. Trust God to use your character to change people’s lives.
Beloved, here is my question to you: When was the last time your life convicted someone of sin? When was the last time someone decided to follow God because of the way you dressed or behaved?

The Bible says the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. Why? Because people saw the attributes of Jesus Christ in them.
1 Peter 3:1-2 says, Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
That is, you should focus on internal fortification rather than external ornamentation. You should focus more on the content and not just the container. That way, your content can touch people positively.
Someone once said, “Unbelievers don’t have Bibles, and even if they do, they don’t read them. Born-again Christians are the Bible unbelievers read.”
Beloved, let your character preach to people more than your words. Your preaching becomes easy if you have a matching character, especially among those who know you. Your preaching becomes effortless if your character is spotless.
In Matthew 5:14-16, the Bible says, “Ye are the light of the world.” A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
This light represents good work; it represents good character. So, let your good character bring people to God in salvation.
REMEMBER THIS: Your preaching becomes effortless if your character is spotless.

- Let your life be a Bible to the unbelieving world.
- Preach the Word always, and when necessary, use words.
PRAYER: Father, please let my life bring You joy and not pain. Help me to reflect Your Image upon the earth. May people see me and desire to know You, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
