SCRIPTURE: My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. – Proverbs 4:20-22.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Word investment is life investment.
Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
The Word of God is life. Our anchor Scripture and several others confirm it. Many recorded testimonies from our church services also confirmed that the Word of God is the Word of life. The Word of God that we keep in our hearts supplies us life. No wonder Proverbs 4:22 says, …for they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” So, to drink Word is to drink life, and to be starved of Word is to be starved of life.

Proverbs 6:20-22 even makes it more drastic: My son, keep thy father’s commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother: Bind them continually upon thine heart, and tie them about thy neck. When thou goest, it shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it shall keep thee; and when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee.
That is, you keep the Word in the heart, and then it begins to keep you while you are asleep. And most times, when a person is asleep, he is more vulnerable, but God is saying that the Word inside you will take care of you in your unconscious state while you are asleep. So, Word investment is life investment.
Beloved, keep the Word in your heart. Let specific verses in the scripture be the basis of your confidence in God for preservation. You don’t need to rack your brain to answer anyone who asks you what makes you think you cannot die before your time.
One of our pastors and his wife testified in one of our services some time ago. The vehicle they boarded was accosted by kidnappers with guns. His wife engaged the kidnappers in a fight, held the heads of two of them and jammed them together until the gun dropped from the hands of one of them. Then the brother left the back seat of the vehicle, took over the steering wheel, drove through the midst of gun-wielding kidnappers, and they could not fire a single shot at the vehicle. They were just there suspended as if they were watching a movie. It passed their power. Such rugged actions were triggered by the explosion of the Words that were resident in their hearts.
Beloved, keep the Word in your heart. When you are sleeping, when you don’t have any control over yourself, that Word shall take charge and take care of you.
REMEMBER THIS: Word investment is life investment.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
- Invest in the Word of God; listen to preached messages on preservation by God’s servant, Dr Paul Enenche, and read the Bible daily.
- Ingest in your spirit scriptures that cover your preservation.
- Avoid being at the wrong place per time; listen to the Voice of the Spirit.
PRAYER: Lord, thank You for the preservation package You have made available for me. The enemy’s weapon that can prosper against my life does not exist. So, I will fulfil my days, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
