Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
It has been confirmed that the outcome of every person’s life is a product of choice. Qualitative life is choice-induced; only a careless life is not lived by choice. For life to be qualitative, it must be lived by choice. Therefore, choice-making is a major determinant of destiny; decision-making is the pathway to destiny fulfilment.

The road you follow determines the place you end up. Your destination is greatly affected by the path you take in life, largely a result of your decisions. You cannot follow the wrong path and end up in the right place; neither can you follow the right path and end up in the wrong place.
During our time in medical school, I recall a fellow student, a Christian brother who was two years ahead of me in school. I asked him, “Where do you intend to do your housemanship?” His reply was, “I don’t know yet.”
This conversation occurred just weeks before his graduation, yet he had not decided or planned for the next phase of his life. This was over 30 years ago. While his peers effortlessly found placements for their housemanship, he graduated and faced six months of uncertainty and delay.
Please take note of the following:
- Things may fall by chance, but they rise by choice. Nothing rises by chance. Things rise by choice. It is impossible for a mobile phone on the floor to move to the table all by itself, except through manipulation.
- Where there is no choice, there can be no chance.
You don’t have a chance if you don’t have a choice. - Your decisions determine your portion in life.
What is not your decision may not be your portion. - What happens in you determines what happens to you.
Proverbs 4:23 says, Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. What happens in you is a major determinant of your life.
The baseline is, whether you will live in blessings or curses, above or beneath, in front or behind, be happy or remain sad, is a matter of choice.
The truth is that choice determines joy. That is why Philippians 4:4 says, Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
You cannot be happy without your choice, and you cannot be frustrated without your participation.
By choice, I mean staying where you are or moving from there to another level. It is your choice to cross boundaries. It is your choice to refuse the limitation of your destiny by the forces of your father’s house.
Beloved, reaching the highest level of existence is not just a matter of luck, it is a product of deliberate decision.
REMEMBER THIS: Where there is no choice, there can be no chance.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
- Make a list of your major destiny choices and examine the impact of those choices; adjust where necessary.
- You are responsible for how your life turns out; make up your mind to excel against all odds.
PRAYER: Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I refuse to be stagnated or limited by the forces of my ancestral background. I receive the grace to excel against all odds, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
