TOPIC – Victory Through Submission (Open Heaven for Teens, 20 August 2026)

4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
MESSAGE:
Submitting to God is an important key to victory for every believer. Whenever some people quote today’s memory verse, they only emphasise on the latter part of it. However, as we see in that Scripture, before a fellow can make the devil flee from him or her after resisting him, such a fellow needs to first submit to God. When you submit to God and align yourself with His will, you will experience victory over the devil. When you submit to God, you will obey His commands and follow His directions.
David, a man after God’s own heart, is a perfect example of someone who submitted to God’s will. The Bible makes us understand that he grew great, and the Lord was with him (2 Samuel 5:10).
My dear child, if you are trusting God for a breakthrough in any area of your life, you must submit to His lordship.
When you submit to Him totally and obey His instructions, victory becomes certain.

Total submission to God brings victory.
