A Promise For You From Bible Promises: [05/07/16]

Topic: He Never Abandons Project

I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. Psalms 37:25. Read: Heb. 13:8

Concerning Eli, someone said, God changed His mind. No. God Almighty didn’t, it was Eli and his family that broke the seal of the covenant. God never abandons project, whatever He promises, He is able to do; but if the recipient fails Him in not keeping the terms and conditions of the covenant, He would (like Eli’s case) warn and ask for reconciliation; and if the recipient fails to return back to Him, God has no option than to leave such fellow to his/her self-destructive decision. Remember, Amos  3:3 “Can two walk together, except they be agreed”

You’re a divine project in the hand of God and He cannot abandon you. If He has made you to start that school, know for sure He won’t allow you to drop out for lack of finance. Whatever project He has caused you to begin, be confident He will see you through to the end because He is not a man that should lie, whatever He says He will do. But be careful that your heart deceives you not (simply because God doesn’t abandon project, you now want to take advantage of Him). Don’t abandon the Lord. If you abandon Him and turn your heart to seek after other gods, God will abandon you (no matter what He has promised you). In 2 Chro 28:9b, David told Solomon expressly, “If thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever”.

* Abandoning God attracts God abandoning the person. Avoid it
