All Progressives Congress Vice Presidential Candidate, Prof Yemi Osinbajo has landed in Washington DC to hold a Town-hall meeting with the Nigerian community becoming the first member of the presidential tickets of the two major Nigerian parties to engage the Nigerian Diaspora in America.
According to the organizers of the Vice Presidential Town-hall event in Washington DC, named Committee of Friends of the APC Vice Presidential Candidate, it (the committee) would be hosting town hall meetings in two locations today Sunday March 15 in the Washington DC and Maryland State region.
Speaking over the weekend, Mr. Val Egbarin, Spokesperson for the Committee of Friends said US-based Nigerians are already excited about the meeting, which will bring the Nigerian Diaspora in direct contact with the APC Presidential Candidate, creating an opportunity to hear from him and ask him questions as well.
