Dr Stephen Asheri Ntoga, a trained civil, structural and material engineer who is the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Tanzania speaks from his professional experience about the cause of the building collapse at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN).
He explains that from the strength of the foundations of the building, it is clear the building did not fall due to any structural failure.
