A Promise For You From Bible Promises:

Topic: Forgive All [29/12/2016]

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Matthew 5:44. Read: Matt 5:43-48

It’s barely 72 hours to the end of this year and to enter into the new year too. This is so good to know. I know some went through tough times this year, whatever, just thank God that you are still alive to witness today because many have gone too soon. Well, this is what the Bible says concerning you in Psalm 66:12, “Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place”. God is bringing you into a wealthy place in 2017 in Jesus Mighty name. But you must prepare the ground for that blessing to land safely.

How? Every wise farmer prepares the ground for seed sowing that lead to harvest before the rain starts. They don’t wait for the rain to start before cultivating the land. Invariably, one of the ways to prepare for God’s blessings next year is to forgive all that have offended you. If anyone has shown him/herself as your enemy, forgive such fellow so that your blessing might not be hindered next year. If some have despitefully used you thinking that you are a fool, forgive them. Forgiveness opens up your life to helpers of your destiny. When you forgive others their mistakes, they were not actually the ones you forgave but yourself. You just set somebody free from prison and later discovered that the prisoner was actually you. Forgive your critics! Forgive all and hate none! Also ask God for forgiveness in anyway you’ve wronged Him. And most importantly, you must forgive yourself if you actually want to receive and enjoy the blessings coming your way in the new year.

* Father, I don’t want to enter into the new year with a heavy heart of hatred, please empower me to set myself free from prison as I forgive my offenders. Amen
