A Promise For You From Bible Promises: [29/04/19]

Topic: Illegitimate Prosperity

If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. Job 36:11.

Read: Psalm 73:1-22

The Bible teaches us that there are two spiritual fathers, God and the devil. Both of them can bless those who serve them faithfully. The only difference between the two father’s blessings is that while the blessings of God makes rich, adds no sorrow and its everlasting, the blessings of the devil is temporal and sorrowful in nature.

Today, many people are being fooled by the illegitimate prosperity of men of the world. Many Christians envy and want to be like those men and women who got their wealth illegitimately. Illegitimate prosperity is the wealth that leverage on immorality and corruption of all kinds. Prosperity that leverage on lies and falsehood. Prosperity gotten by injustice and fraudulent means.

Many Christians are confused and asking why should the unbelievers be blessed while most Christians are not? Just as I have said earlier, the spiritual Fathers, God and devil. “The Word of God says, If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.” Job 36:11. Mal 3:17-18. This God’s blessing is everlasting. In the same vein, devil also blesses those who make themselves his children and serve him faithfully in evil ways but with temporal blessing. Psalm 73 tells us what would befall the workers of iniquities and how their illegitimate wealth would disappear in to thin air. Beloved, Stop envying those who prosper illegitimately because you’re blessed by your heavenly Father.

Bible Promises Prayer: Father Lord, help me to serve you passionately and let Your Blessings be upon my life and family in JESUS Mighty Name.
