A Promise For You From Bible Promises:

Topic: Is It Well With You? [05/10/2016]

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Proverbs 18:21. Read: 2 kgs 4:19-26

The power of the tongue can not be overemphasised, it has enormous power to make alive and to kill. Our destiny is at the mercy of the words of our mouth which is why a wise man said, “a closed mouth is a closed destiny”. No matter how bad a situation seem, your mouth can repair it to the finest and no matter how wonderful your situation can be, your mouth can also render it worse off.

There is potent power in your mouth to build your life to your taste. The above topic ask, is it well with you? You’re to determine the answer you give when you are asked such a question whether yes (despite your unpalatable situation ) or yes with strong faith. It depends on you! You can say it the way it is or refine it and say, it is well with me in Jesus Name.

The Shunammite woman probably knew the power of the tongue which is why she refused to confess otherwise. She just lost her old son, she should have been wailing but no, she saddled an Ass and went straight to the man of God, when he saw her, he sent his servant, Run now, I pray thee, to meet her, and say unto her, Is it well with thee? is it well with thy husband? is it well with the child? And she answered, It is well. Vv 26. By faith, declare

* I confess Salvation, divine healing, prosperity, abundant life, glory instead of shame, strength to strength in Jesus Name.
