A Promise For You From Bible Promises:

Topic: Jesus Came Not To Condemn Sinners [12/10/2016]

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:17. Read: Isa 1:18-20

In the Garden of Eden, the fall of man placed man under Satanic bondage and condemnation. Humanity became slave to sin and the master of sin – the devil. Gen 3. Since the world was already condemned (through sin), God deemed it fit to send His only Son to save the whole world from this condemnation. The death of Jesus on the Cross saved us from being condemned and His resurrection gives us hope to live a life free of condemnation. Jesus did not come to condemn any man of his sins, but to see that such sinner come to repentance and be free from his sin. Bible says, Rom 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ, but He has decided to be making intercession for us to be free from world condemnation.

Romans  8:1 says, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit”. This means only those on the Lord’s side are discharged and acquainted and others are guilty as charged. John  3:18 “He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God”. You are not condemned by Jesus, don’t condemn yourself.
