Kogi State Government says amidst several challenge faced the administration at inception, it has made frantic efforts towards the rapid development of the State.
Capt Idris Wada made this known when he received in audience, Pastor Chris Okafor, Snr. Pastor Liberation City, who is in the State for a three day crusade.

Capt Wada described the coming of Pastor Okafor to the State as timely, hopes that as the clergyman partners in the development of the state through the revival of the soul, body and spirit of the people of the State, God would open their minds to see the efforts of government.
Capt Wada described the administration as one that has met the yearning and aspiration of the people, worked hard to sustain the peoples confidence, said rather than encouragement to enable it do more, lamented the way people close their eyes to the good works of the administration.
Capt Wada described the government as one that holds adherents of the major religions in the state in high esteem, said the administration would strive to continuously make the development and welfare of the people its priority.
Capt Wada solicited prayers for government and people of the State, prayed God to bless and reward the efforts of Pastor Okafor in liberating minds.
Earlier in his remarks, Pastor Dr Chris Okafor, Snr. Pastor Liberation City, said his ministry has the divine mandate to preach liberation and deliverance, said the benefit of the three day program in the State would for long be remembered.
