The MESSAGE:
I have good news for you in today’s devotional. God shall scatter the stubborn pursuers of your destiny. When demons gather themselves together in order to fulfill their agenda of keeping you in the valley of bondage, God, the Man of war, will shoot out a terrific lightning to send disaster into their camp. With one lightning, the enemies of your breakthroughs and deliverance will be dispersed.

Lightning is a formidable weapon created by God to destroy the enemies of your destiny and enhance your deliverance. In the physical realm, lightning comes out in a frightening form. It can be visible from one end of the earth to another end. It is so palpable that it cannot be unnoticed. When God sends forth His lightning, enemies are scattered. When the enemies of deliverance gather together to ensure that you remain perpetually under bondage, the instrument that God will use to scatter them into desolation is the weapon of explosive divine lightning. The enemies of your destiny and breakthroughs cannot escape the fierce lightnings of the Almighty.
The Bible makes it clear that lightning is the arrow of the Lord. The zigzag appearance of the lightning and the pounding noise of thunder that accompanies it symbolizes the fact that God is at war. When God releases lightning, signals are sent to the camp of the enemy. The arrow-head of the thunder, being the lightning, will surely land in witchcraft covens where enemies are busy trying to tie you down and subject you to gruesome bondage. God does not bring out this weapon all the time. However, when lightning is released from the armoury of the Almighty, the battle becomes terrible. This is one weapon of deliverance that we need to learn to utilize in this end time battle.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- Hear my voice, O God, preserve me from the fear of the enemy, in the name of Jesus.
- Every habitation of witchcraft, be scattered into desolation, in the name of Jesus.
- Hide me, O God, from the secret counsel of the wicked, in Jesus’ name.
EVENING
- Every throne of witchcraft, be dismantled by fire, in the name of Jesus.
- God, shoot at my enemies with your arrow; suddenly they shall be wounded, in the name of Jesus.
- Every stronghold of witchcraft in my life, receive divine acid, in the name of Jesus.
- The tongue of my adversaries shall fall upon them and all that see them shall flee away, in the name of Jesus.
