The MESSAGE:

Yesterday, in our devotional lesson, we looked at certain mysteries. Today, we shall also look into certain mysteries.

Dark ladders are legalistic. Dark ladders are versed in spiritual legal terms and practices. The powers behind dark ladders will easily claim their rights and entitlements when allowed to function. When there are dark ladders in your life, such ladders will invoke the legal reasons why they must take over. When they are challenged, such ladders will explain to the victim why such a ladder was tolerated in the first place. The powers behind such ladders will maintain their legalistic authority. Such powers will hold on to the legal foothold. The only thing that can get rid and destroy such dark ladders is either serious ladder or the mercy of God. Dark ladders are versed in law and because of their legal knowledge, they know how to rope any careless victim and maintain that they have every right to carry out their wicked evil agenda.

Dark ladders are instruments of terror. The devil does not create evil ladders in vain. He has put such ladders in place in order to invoke terror upon careless victims. The devil has set up these ladders in order to make them constitute a terror squad and consequently terrorize and destroy those who allow the ladders to remain in place.

Dark ladders are instruments of cruelty. The purpose why the devil has established dark ladders is to carry out extremely cruel agenda. These ladders are not just ordinarily there as toys, they are very strong instruments, fashioned and mapped out to execute the agenda of cruelty. Wherever you find the dark ladders, cruel activities will be rife. The Bible makes it very clear that such ladders are instruments of cruelty.

“And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man’s brother will I require the life of man.” – Genesis 9:5

The ladders are not just there to garnish the precincts of where the victim or the property is located, they are terrible instruments of cruelty.

These ladders also breathe out cruelty. The very breath of these ladders is loaded with cruelty, such cruelty that can damage the life of the victim. By the time the ladder is allowed to gain a foothold, it will establish a stronghold that sooner or later, will be converted to as what can be described as an habitation of cruelty.

“Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.” – Psalms 74:20

These ladders will not rest until they carry out the evil agenda of cruelty to the logical conclusion. When you allow the ladder of darkness to remain attached to your life, such ladders will ensure that there will be no rest until cruelty is spread across the length and breadth of the life of the victim. The ladder of the enemy is fashioned in such a way as to make cruelty common place. By the time these powers are fully allowed to carry out whatever is fashioned for them by the kingdom of darkness, the victim will behold relicts of cruelty everywhere.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

1. Any power hindering the free flow of the power of God in my life, loose your hold and die, in the name of Jesus.
2. Oh God, arise and let my adversaries be clothed with shame and disgrace, in the name of Jesus.
3. Every generational bondage blocking the light of my glory, break by the power in the blood of Jesus.

EVENING

1. Every evil wind assigned to be blowing favour away from me, scatter and die, in the name of Jesus.
2. Every evil power assigned to be blowing blessings away from me, die, in the name of Jesus.
3. Every ancient evil gate shutting favour away from me, crash into pieces, in the name of Jesus.
4. Every evil wind blowing opportunities away, hear the word of the Lord: Enough is enough, die, in Jesus’ name.
