The MESSAGE:
Your attitude remains a crucial factor, as far as destiny fulfilment is concerned. Anxiety does not solve any problem. It will only increase it.
A man prayed to God for blessing and God blessed him so much that he had ten commercial vehicles. Every night, he was at the gate watching them coming in, one after the other. If any of them was delayed in coming in, he would start pacing up and down, worrying about what might have happened to it. He would be afraid that it might have been involved in an accident or that the police might have arrested its driver. This way, he doubted the power of God who had blessed him. Within a short time, calamity struck!

At a particular psychiatric hospital, before a patient is discharged, a small test is carried out on him. They would push the patient into a room, open a tap and give him a mop. If he goes to the tap and closes it, they would know that he is well, but 90 percent of the patients would not close the tap. They would continue to mop the water, while the tap is left open; and some continue like that until they collapse out of exhaustion. Many people are like that. They take the mop of crying, grumbling, fighting, shouting, drinking, dancing, socialising or listening to music, while the tap of anxiety is still opened.
What we need to do is to bind and cast out anxiety spirits. When they are controlling a person, the person may be feeling a headache and may take all kinds of drugs, headache will not go. This is so because anxiety is not really a physical ailment which can be reduced or healed by taking an analgesic that is a pain-relieving drug. It is a worry bug that affects the mind, the nerves and the whole system that operates the body. This is why its effects are a general disorganisation of the body system which is destabilized by pains in the neck, discomfort, unease, lack of focus, instability, serious psychological upsets, bad mood, short temper, heaviness of heart, worries, restlessness, nervous breakdown, sleeplessness, complaints etc. When you are induced by the spirit of anxiety, you may conclude that there is no hope because you have dragged yourself to the dead-end of life. This is a state of mind that you need to rid yourself of. Beloved, you must cast out the anxiety spirit that is capable of tearing your life into shreds.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- Let the sorrows of my enemies be multiplied, in the name of Jesus.
- Let the way of the wicked powers assigned to any department of my life, perish, in the name of Jesus.
- Every stubborn enemy of my destiny, O God, let them fall by their own counsel and cast them out in the multiple of their transgression, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
- Let the mischief of their own lips cover them, in the name of Jesus.
- Let the sword of the wicked enter into their own heart and let their bows be broken, in the name of Jesus.
- Let every one of the oppressors pass away like the untimely birth of a woman, that they may not see the sun, in the name of Jesus.
- All the enemies of the Lord shall be as the fat of lamb, in smoke shall they be consumed, in the name of Jesus.
