The MESSAGE:
Today’s devotional leads us into secrets of victory through violence. One day, some Christians were at a meeting and some masquerades were parading and threatening the Christians. One of the reverend gentlemen said that they should just leave them to do what they wanted to do, so that there would be no trouble. However, one violent Christian brother said they were not going to allow them carry out any ritual there.

The brother prayed and called on the God of Jacob; and he rained the fire of the Holy Ghost upon the environment. Suddenly, the demons in the masquerades started to shout that there was fire all over the place, that they should leave immediately. The priest who was to carry out the sacrifice shouted, saying that the sacrifice was not getting through; that the demons were complaining. He acknowledged the fact that the Christians had a power that was more powerful than his and he surrendered his life to the Lord Jesus Christ. This happened because some people got violent against the devil.
Beloved, let this be clear to you –the devil has no mercy and does not understand any other language other than violence.
Here, Jesus is telling us that we should fight for the kingdom; that we should not sit and grumble. The word “prevailed” is mentioned twice in this verse. Jacob was violent and he got God’s blessing. By the time his name became Israel, he had changed and that is why God is not referred to as the God of Israel, but the God of Jacob –he was violent and he took his possession by force. Today beloved, I want you to examine your life. See what you have and what you are supposed to have. Get violent and be divinely dissatisfied!
You must prevail through violence after the order of Jacob.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- Lord, I thank You for the blood of Jesus Christ which cleanses from all sins.
- I soak myself in the blood of Jesus Christ.
- I now release myself from any inherited bondage, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
- I release myself from the grip of any failure and bad luck transferred into my life from the womb, in Jesus’ name.
- I destroy completely, every dark covenant made on my behalf, in the name of Jesus.
- I break and loose myself from every inherited evil family curses, in the name of Jesus.
- I vomit every concoction I have been fed with as a child, in the name of Jesus.

335.Thou dragon power behind this pestilence, we bury you forever by the power in the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
336.Strongman behind this pandemic, we bind and cast you out of our nation, in the name of Jesus.
