Ezekiel 4:2; And lay siege against it, and build a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set battering rams against it round about.
Ezekiel 21:22; At his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to appoint captains, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to appoint battering rams against the gates, to cast a mount, and to build a fort.

The MESSAGE:
God has a special lesson for you in today’s devotional study. Why are some battles problematic? It is due to the lack of ability to discern the weakness of the enemy. Some powers cannot yield when you issue a single command. Most stubborn powers will require repeated bombardments and aggressive persistence.

Battering rams constitute an integral part of the violent weapons of spiritual warfare. In Bible days, battering ram was a military engine. It was a long beam with a head of brass like the head and horns of a ram. Hence, it was named a battering ram. The instrument was pushed back and forth by hefty men. Then, they would let it hit the wall with great force to batter the wall and bring it down. Beloved, it is a very terrible weapon. The purpose of the weapon of battering rams is to bring down the kingdom of darkness with military force, as it shall be shown below in a way it is used.
It can be used to bore holes in the wall of witchcraft covens. It will pull down demonic Jericho walls and make you more than a conqueror. When you set battering rams round about the territory of the enemy, you are on the offensive rather than on the defensive.
Beloved, battering rams are strange weapons. Some prayer points can be termed battering-rams prayer points. We often teach believers how to convert prayer points to spiritual machine-gun weapons. This weapon will grant you quick deliverance and swift victory.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- O Lord, break my enemies with Your rod of iron, in Jesus’ name.
- O God, dash the power of stubborn pursuers in pieces like a potter’s vessel, in the name of Jesus.
- O God, arise with all Your weapons of war and fight my battle for me, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
- God, be my glory and lifter of my head, in Jesus’ name.
- My Father, be a shield for me in every situation, in Jesus’ name.
- God, hear my cry out of Your holy hill, in the name of Jesus.
- I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people that have set themselves against me, in the name of Jesus.
