1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

MFM Devotional For Today 2026 MESSAGE:
Every new day is a gift which you should start by surrendering to God who is able to shape it to favour you. Today, many people, including Christians, start the day by checking their phones and other electronic devices. However, the best way to start the day is by declaring God’s Word to order your day. Do this and the devil will not find any opportunity of hijacking the day from you. You will start the day in victory, fully clothed with the armour of God to confront unseen powers assigned against your day, and you will be divinely protected (Ephesians 6:12-18).

The role of prayer should not be undermined. It is the place of communion with God. Set your mind upon the kingdom of God before the distractions of the day (Matthew 6:33). When you start your day by asking for His mercy and grace, you are able to move in faith, knowing that the Owner of the day is in charge, therefore, you will not falter. Ensure that you do not hurry through the moment of prayer. Rather, take adequate time to soak yourself in God’s grace and strength that’s able to sustain you for that day. Be grateful for every day; worship and praise God adequately before placing your desires before Him. He knows it all and can fix it all (Philippians 4:4-7).
Finally, Beloved, read the Word of God, meditate upon it, confess and declare it boldly over your day (Joshua 1:8). God’s Word will be your compass to navigate each day successfully. It will be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. Your day will be aligned with God’s will, and you will be secure in God’s hands. The morning of each day is not just the start of the day but the seed of the day. When you plant it with God’s Word and prayers, you reap peace, joy and fulfilment in every area of your life.

MORNING
- Begin to worship and praise God for another new day and declare His majesty over your life and this day, in the Name of Jesus.
- I cancel every evil agenda assigned against my day, in the Name of Jesus.
- Holy Spirit, take Your place and have Your way in my life today, in the Name of Jesus.
EVENING
- I thank You, Lord, for a day well spent, in the Name of Jesus.
- Ask for forgiveness over any area of your life and activities that do not glorify God, in the Name of Jesus.
- Commit your night hours into God’s hands, let Him continue to watch over you, in the Name of Jesus.
- Bless and thank God as He continues to manifest His power every day of your life, in the Name of Jesus.
