MESSAGE:

An outstanding feature of a teenager or youth is their strength. Even though I live in divine strength, I am no more as agile and active as I was when I was younger. I could run for miles in just a few minutes and take up challenging tasks but now I only do prayer walks round the camp, taking a few steps at a time. My dear, no one gets younger, we all grow older with each passing day.

According to 1 John 2:13, one of the reasons God strengthens you is to enable you to overcome the flesh, Satan and the evil system of this world at a very young age. He releases strength so you can become victorious but some fail to realize that there are battles to fight and mountains to conquer so they end up wasting several resources in pursuit of sinful pleasures such as drugs, premarital sex, sexting (phone sex), clubbing, pornography and other vices that take them out of God’s will. Don’t allow the devil ruin you; rise in the place of spiritual preparation. Spend your teenage days seeking God in order to withstand the wiles of the devil in these end times.

Father, help me to channel my strength and resources in the right way.
