MESSAGE TOPIC: THE PROFIT OF LOVING GOD (1&2)

SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S): Unravelling the dividends of love for God
Scriptures make it clear that it is profitable to love the Lord
Lovers of God are enviable citizens of the planet earth
The way of love for God is the highway of life
Love for God establishes a place of envy on earth
Nobody loves God and ends ordinary on earth
SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLES OF THOSE THAT LOVED THE LORD:
- David (1Sam. 13:14; Acts 13:22)
Love for God distinguished David from others in his generation - Solomon (1Kings 3:3, 13; 10:23)
At the end of his life, Solomon had more honour, riches and glory than any king before or after him by virtue of love for God
WHAT IS THE PROFIT OF LOVING GOD?
- Access to depths and insight (1Cor. 2:9-10)
When you are a lover of God you see in a day what others can’t see in a lifetime - Access to Divine Presence (John 14:21; Acts 10:38)
When you see a genuine lover of God they carry a feelable palpable and tangible presence of God - Access to Divine Preservation (Ps. 91:14-15)
God defends His lovers - Supernatural release of both revival and resources (Deut. 11:13-14)
This is Supernatural release of revival
When you are a lover of God you are revival in motion; you don’t know dry season, scarcity or shortage.
Just face God and God will face you with supplies and resources - Supernatural possession and victory over the enemy (Deut. 11:22-23)
When you are a lover of God, no devil is permitted to keep your possession - Access to grace (Eph. 6:24)
Anybody who loves God sincerely can never lack grace
Grace is abundant for everyone that loves the Lord - Access to the Covenant and mercy of God (Deut. 7:9; Neh. 1:5; Dan. 9:4)
Your love for God implicates your generation for good
When you are in covenant with God, He shows you what He does not show others - The privilege of being known by God (1Cor. 8:3; Job 1:12; Gen. 18:19; Prov. 16:7)
To be known of God is to have intimacy of God
If God has known you, nobody can claim ignorance of you - Access to Divine life (the fulfilment of days) (Deut. 30:6, 16, 17, 20)
- Access to supernatural blessing and multiplication (Deut. 30:15-16; Prov. 4:18)
When you love the Lord, your yesterday is not permitted to be better than your today - Access to supernatural strength and distinction (Judg. 5:31)
When you love the Lord, your strength is unbeatable - The privilege of Divine working in all things (Rom. 8:28)
When you love the Lord you see the working of God in everything regarding your life
Let your major offence be love for God
PROOF OF GENUINE LOVE FOR GOD:
- Passion and hunger for the Person and Presence of God (Ps. 42:1-2; 27:4-5; 63:1-2)
- Commitment to His commandments (John 14:21; Ex. 20:6; Deut. 5:10)
PROOF OF GENUINE LOVE FOR GOD: - Sacrificial Giving (John 3:16; 1Kings 3:3-5; Ps. 132:1-5)
To love God is to spend and be spent for God
PRAYERS:
Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I receive the grace to do Your Word now, in Jesus’ name.
Father, I receive Your grace and mercy to live with passion and hunger for You, to obey Your commandments and to give sacrificially, in Jesus’ Name!
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
- Everything the devil stole is restored!
- That neck that has been afflicted has just been healed!
- That shoulder that has been paralysed by stroke has just been healed!
- That right knee has just been healed!
- Every destiny that has been crippled, paralysed and grounded, by the authority of Jesus, I declare that destiny is rising and running!
- I decree that your life, destiny, and potential will rise and run!
- Everywhere the devil is syphoning your money and destiny to service affliction, that challenge is over forever!
- God is going to give you a trophy this morning that will show you that the devil is not in control, God is in control!
- Something that is crooked in your life is about to be straightened!
- Everything crooked or bent in your life or anything that was not working is working now!
- Everything attacking your career, attacking your potential and attacking what you do with your life, today, that attack is over forever!
- Every spirit of death attacking your life, family and destiny is arrested and sent back to hell!
- Every stranger in your body, life and system is leaving right now!
- Every change that is desired is released now!
- What was not working is commanded to work right now! What was not producing shall produce now!
- Your career shall work!
- Everyone trusting God for the fruit of the womb, it is released now
- Everywhere you submitted a proposal they shall send for you!
- Under 7 days, you shall receive your testimonies!
- Everything that is a reproach in your life, that reproach is over now!
- Everywhere they are meant to announce your name for good, that announcement is released this week!
- Before this week expires, your testimony shall manifest!
