John 10:10 – The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Jesus Christ distinguished His mission, work and activities from that of satan who is a thief. Satan’s 3fold agenda are:
1. To steal – This is to deprive you of what is rightfully yours because he cannot stand to see you enjoy the goodness of God. He could not stand that Job was blessed of God and he sought permission to harm him. He deceitfully stole dominion and authority from man in the Garden of Eden. Satan is a thief – when God gives you divine health, the enemy steals it by showing you symptoms of sickness in your body so that you will doubt the power of God’s divine healing.
2. To kill –To dispossess you of your hopes and expectations. His intention is to cut short your hopes, expectations, life and vision; he is a killer
3. To destroy – To disrupt what you have taken time to build. The enemy is a destroyer; he comes to disgrace, dishonor and reduce you to nothingness.
I bring you good news today that whatever satan stole from you, God has given you the strength to take it back from him. You have to embark on taking-back Mission. Whatever the enemy took from you, you must take it back, recover, regain and possess your possessions.

In Gen. 26:18-25, Isaac lived in the land of philistines during famine and was blessed abundantly. This was because God gave him wisdom to develop an irrigation technology which countered the effects of the famine in the land. He watered his farm from the well water he dug and the farm produced hundred folds of increase in the midst of scarcity. The philistines got angry at Isaac’s prosperity and seized his wells but Isaac had to stake claims to his property.
When satan steals from you, you stake your claim of your possession on the promises of God in His word. You find the promise of God and write your name into that promise and claim it as your own. That is how a child of God makes a stake in claiming the promises of God. Personalize the promise of God and take it by faith.
Staking your claim in the promise of God establishes your right of ownership to that promise. Isaac identified himself in Philistine as a son of Abraham and staked a claim of the wells of Abraham which the Philistines illegally took after Abraham’s death
As a child of God, you can take back what the enemy stole from you when you are able to establish a link between you and Jesus Christ. If Jesus had paid the price, you have the right to take back your redemptive benefits. Whatever Jesus died and suffered for, you have a right to claim as your own. He died for your sin, so claim forgiveness. He died for your sickness, therefore, claim divine healing. He died for your poverty, so, claim prosperity and do not give in to satan’s fight because if you do, you will not be able to claim your victory.
Today, you will receive that which belongs to you, you will recover your possession, you will regain that which you have lost and you will enter into the place the Lord has appointed for you in Jesus name – Amen!!!
