THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The instruction of God should be lived and not just voiced.
Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
The Scripture makes it clear that those who serve the Lord must serve Him in truth (SCRIPTURE). You are real, not fake. You are authentic, not synthetic.
Some people are Christians until money matters arise, until you are in a business transaction with them; that is where you will know that their Christianity has not circumcised their hands yet. There is no circumcision of their hands.

Some people have said that they don’t take their Christian life into their business life, otherwise, they wouldn’t do business successfully. Others would say, “What I want to tell you now is with my church mind.” That is, a church mind is different from other minds.
Some time ago, someone asked me, “What is the easiest way to make your children go in the way of the Lord?” I replied, “Just one simple thing: Be a true Christian in front of them.”
For example, as a pastor, you declare prayer and fasting in church, but you eat at home while your children watch. And later, you stand before the congregation saying, “Brethren, we are still fasting from six to six.” You have missed it with those children. They saw you eating bread at 1 p.m.
They won’t tell you to your face, so they will talk behind your back: “Look at him.” These things are not true. They are not real.”
At the dining table, they hear you slandering other people—tearing down this one’s character, criticising that one, and they are watching you.
Beloved, do the right thing, don’t struggle. Live the instruction. The instruction of God should be lived and not just voiced.
One young man lived in our house some time ago. He monitored me closely for a long while. Finally, he asked, “Excuse me, sir, what’s going on? When do you eat?” The times he didn’t see me eating, I was fasting. He said, “What kind of fast is that?” Then he decided to fast himself. When he got back home to his father, the father told me, “This boy fasted longer than I have ever fasted in my life. He was also tonguing for three to six hours nonstop.
Beloved, come to the point where you say, “Lord, I want to be real with You. I don’t want to be fake. I don’t want to be plastic. I want to be authentic with You.”
REMEMBER THIS: The instruction of God should be lived and not just voiced.

PRAYER: Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I receive the grace to be real and authentic with You, Lord in Jesus’ Name.
