In calculated effort geared towards improving the technical depth of Supreme Court FC, its management has gone ahead to appoint Coach Bala Nkiyu as Technical Consultant to spear-head the coaching crew of the team.

Announcing the latest development, General Manager Tolulope Oguntimehin warned players to shape up or face exit door even as he expressed confidence that the Abuja-based side will soon  bounce back to victory with the remaining matches in the current season.

“As a club, we always want to put smiles on the faces of our fans that believe and support their darling team. That’s why we are putting in spirited effort to ensure compact playing pattern. Yes, it has not been rosy so far perhaps due to how one or two things went wrong, I strongly assure that our glory days will soon be back with the new coaching arrangement headed by experienced-coach Bala.”

While addressing players, Oguntimehin warned; “Henceforth, we won’t condone any form of laxity from anyone. Its either you sit up or choose where you belong.”

Responding, Coach Bala promised to champion immediate resurgence of the club with a view to competing favourably among its opponents. He further advised players to put aside the past and focus on better times ahead.

Also speaking during the special session before Bala took full charge of training on Tuesday, chairman FCT Football Coaches Association, Coach Godwin Bamigboye assured of support from his colleague that would guarantee steady success for Apex Boys.

FCT FA Board chairman Musa Talle and his Vice Patrick Ngwaogu as well as the entire football association in the nation’s capital had declared their intention to continue providing conducive environment for the Nigeria National League side to soar.
