Topic: Now Or Never [Teens Open Heavens 1 November 2018]

Memorise: “I must work the works of Him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” – John 9:4

Read: 2 Corinthians 6:1-2 (KJV)

Bible In One Year: Jeremiah 31-32, Titus 2

MESSAGE:

On earth, certain things are urgent and as a result, must be attended to immediately. Among such things are kingdom assignments. 1 Samuel 21:8 says he king’s business demands haste. If the errands of the earthly kings demands haste, how much more that of the Kings of kings. Souls must be saved now, not tomorrow. You must give to the needy now, not tomorrow. Your tithe must be paid now. That prayer and fasting must be done now. Working with a sense of time means operating a NOW philosophy, just like it is done in Heaven.

Certain heavenly priorities cannot wait for earth’s time schedule. Everything has its appointed time and season (Ecclesiastes 3:1). Anything done outside its season may be completely void of its supposed benefits. The soul you fail to win to Christ this moment may be called home to face an eternity without Christ the next moment. Never move to the next day what you can do for the Lord today. As much as possible, let time serve you, and not the other way round.

Action Point: Draw up a list of things you should do before the rapture takes place. Go ahead and do them now!

Hymn 15:

1. Wonderful story of love;
Tell it to me again;
Wonderful story of love;
Wake the immortal strain!
Angels with rapture announce it,
Shepherds with wonder receive it;
Sinner, 0 won’t you believe It?
Wonderful story of love.

Chorus:
Wonderful! Wonderful!
Wonderful, Wonderful story of love.

2. Wonderful story of love,
Though you are far away;
Wonderful story of love;
Still He doth call today;
Calling from Calvary’s mountain,
Down from the crystal bright fountain,
E’en from the dawn of creation,
Wonderful story of love.

3. Wonderful story of love:
Jesus provides a rest;
Wonderful story of love;
For all the pure and blest,
Rest in those mansions above us,
With those who’ve gone on before us,
Singing the rapturous chorus,
Wonderful story of Love…
